Cusato's Pizza at 1600 Altamont Avenue, Schenectady, New York.

I went to Cusatos yestterday it was my first time there. I ordered a 12 pc. BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA. When I went into the store the girl at the desk was very nice. Once I got to my friends house opened up the pizza and it has RED SAUCE/tomato sauce on it. I was starving, my friends were hungry and it was incredibly dissatisfying and disappointing. Not to mention one of my friends was allergic to tomatoes. I called up the store, same polite, nice girl answers the phone. I tell her the problem and she says that’s how they make their BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA with RED SAUCE. Okay fine that’s how they do it. I continue to tell them how I’m deeply unsatisfied and that my friends allergic, what can they do for me. She puts me on hold and talks to the manager. Back on the phone she says “I can come and get another BC pizza with ranch that I would also have to pay for or next time I call be specific.” I asked to talk to the manager so I wouldn’t have to make her a middleman. The manager conveniently just left.

The manager obviously doesn’t care how the store does or how it is portrayed because now he has this lovely one star.
