A. Phillips Hardware True Value at 1729 Union Street, Schenectady, New York.

Worst service I've ever received at a hardware store! The guy told me I was lying when I stated I was having the problem I was having and seeking an alternative product. Was no help at all and just wanted to be a know-it-all. I was excited that there was a Phillips Hardware close to our new home, so I would not have to drive all the way to a big box store but it looks like now I will prefer to go to a big box store as I've gotten much better service from them than this small local company.
