I spent years the construction trades, so I know a good job, a fair job and I have seen many poor jobs. The Job S&G did for me was a GREAT job. !!!!

They showed up just when they told me, they unload gear and were on the roof by 8 (on two of the hottest days of the year) worked until after seven. Mine is not a simple roof, two layer of old metal, a dormer a poorly designed lower pitched addition roof, a 350 sq ft flat section in the back, an exterior stair entrance roof...etc.... The entire job was done by noon the second day. There was not a single piece of debris anywhere on sight, which is a feat in itself given all the gardens surrounding our place, and not a plant damaged.

With all the extra work and repairs what come with an old roof like mine the price was still under the the contract price and estimate for all the possible repair work...

I can not say enough about the quality of their work, the respectful attitudes of their workers and the time I was given in discussing the work and my options.

My only regret is that I did not know of them when I was running my a little contracting business. I would give S&G 10 stars if the review would let me.... My Thanks to the whole team.....Charley
